We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

3. Service Level Agreements

Any service level agreements (SLAs) will be provided separately and will detail our response times, resolution objectives, and other performance metrics. These SLAs form part of our contract with clients who have purchased specific service packages.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. This includes providing timely access to systems, facilities, and personnel as required for service delivery.

Clients must maintain adequate security measures for their own systems and data, including but not limited to maintaining backups, using strong passwords, and following reasonable security practices.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, our website and services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics, are owned by AssurIT Group or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AssurIT Group.

6. User Representations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms of Service and that you will use our services in accordance with these terms.

You further represent that you are not a competitor of AssurIT Group and are not using our services for purposes that compete with us.

7. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in separate service agreements or invoices. Clients agree to pay for services in accordance with these terms. AssurIT Group reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Prices for our services are subject to change with notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without notice at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will AssurIT Group, our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AssurIT Group and our licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States. AssurIT Group and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in [YOUR STATE] for any litigation arising out of these Terms.
